Kofflow is an e-commerce platform specializing in the coffee industry. We connect coffee-related vendors with both businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C) to facilitate seamless trade and increase market reach.
To become a vendor, simply visit sign up page and fill out the vendor registration form. Once submitted, our team will review your application and get back to you within 2-3 business days.

– Provide product images and descriptions that meet our quality standards

No, registering as a vendor on Kofflow is completely free. However, we may charge a small commission on each sale made through the platform.
Customers can pay through Cash on Delivery. Once an order is completed, payments are processed and transferred to your designated account, minus any applicable fees.
You can sell any coffee-related products, including but not limited to:
– Coffee beans (roasted or green)
– Specialty coffee products
After your vendor account is approved, you’ll have access to a dashboard where you can upload product images, descriptions, pricing, etc… On sign up a Vendor handbook will be handled to you with detailed step-by-step tutorial.
Once a customer places an order, you will be notified via your vendor dashboard and email. You can then process the order, prepare for shipping, and update the status accordingly.
Yes! Vendors can create special offers and discounts through their dashboard. We also run site-wide promotions where eligible vendors can participate.
