1. Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched to the vendor.
If the order has already been accepted or prepared by the shop, cancellation may not be possible.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please email us at kofflowLB@gmail.com with the following details:
- Subject line: Order Cancellation Request
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for cancellation
We recommend reaching out as soon as possible, as most vendors begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
3. Late Cancellations
If you request a cancellation after the 2-hour window, we cannot guarantee it will be approved. In such cases:
- If the order has already been shipped or prepared, you may not be eligible for a cancellation or refund.
- If the vendor allows a late cancellation, we will inform you accordingly and process the request.
4. Special Cases
For recurring or bulk orders, please contact us at kofflowLB@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled fulfillment to request cancellation.
